Job Description
Interwood Mobel is on the lookout for a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer with expertise in both technical and non-technical recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing top-tier talent that aligns with our organizational goals and culture. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role profiles and establish hiring strategies.
- Create and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline the recruitment workflow.
- Foster a positive candidate experience while enhancing our employer brand.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
