Job Description

International Industries is seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources and Corporate Services Manager to oversee HR operations at our manufacturing plant and corporate headquarters. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, facilitating onboarding, coordinating payroll, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing employee relations and cultivating a positive work culture.

The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in HR and Corporate Services, ideally within the manufacturing industry. Strong leadership and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
