Job Description
Location: Clifton, Karachi
Interac8 is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, fostering employee relations, ensuring compliance, and developing effective HR strategies to support our growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing HR policies to ensure compliance.
- Overseeing recruitment and talent management initiatives.
- Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
- Facilitating training programs and administering payroll.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, at least 1 year of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in HR software.
