Job Description
Inovi Telecom (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Line Leader for our Production Department situated in the Korangi Industrial Area. We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to oversee our production line, ensuring efficient operations, meeting production goals, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production line staff.
- Achieve daily production objectives.
- Monitor and uphold quality standards.
- Train and guide production team members.
- Report any issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BSc, BCom, BA).
- 0-1 years of experience in production or assembly.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and in shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
