Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Resolution of assigned complaints on Cash Services Machines (CSM’s) & ATMs within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Installation of ATMs and CSMs.
- Execution of precise troubleshooting techniques.
- Provision of root cause analysis for assigned tasks.
- Preparation of analytical reports and documentation for the line manager.
