Job Description
INNOVATIVE PVT LTD is seeking a talented and qualified Electrical Engineer to become a valuable member of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively addressing assigned inquiries regarding Cash Service Machines (CSMs) and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within the established turnaround time. Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CSMs and ATMs
- Installation of CSMs and ATMs
- Applying precise troubleshooting methodologies
- Conducting root cause analysis for assigned projects
- Preparing analytical reports and documentation for the line manager
