Job Description
Are you an experienced sales leader with a knack for inspiring teams? INKTANK DESIGNS is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee our night shift operations, specifically on Discord and Twitch platforms.
Shift Timing: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Fixed Salary: Rs. 60,00
Bonus: Commission on Overall Shift Sales
Platforms: Discord & Twitch Only
Requirements:
– Proven sales performance on Discord and/or Twitch for at least the last 3 months
– Excellent communication and leadership abilities
– Capacity to motivate and manage the team effectively during shifts
