Job Description
Indus Travel Hub (UK reg. 16467926) seeks a full-time Umrah Travel Agent to manage inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media. Responsibilities include advising clients on packages, hotels, flights, and transfers; preparing customized quotations; assisting with visa documentation; maintaining client records; following up on leads; and achieving monthly sales targets.
Preferred candidates have Umrah or travel consultancy experience, fluency in Urdu and English, confident customer-service skills, and basic computer proficiency (WhatsApp, Excel, email; GDS is a plus). We offer an attractive salary with commission (Rs50,00–Rs150,00/month), performance incentives, career progression, and a supportive work environment.
