Job Description
Indus Plus Pvt Ltd is actively searching for a dedicated Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing EOBI and PESSI registrations, overseeing health and life insurance enrollments, and processing employee grants. Additionally, you will handle final settlements, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and prepare necessary reports for management review.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience: Candidates should possess 2 to 4 years of HR operations experience, with a particular focus on final settlements.
This is a full-time position located in Lahore, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs60,00.00 to Rs70,00.00. Reliable commuting to the workplace is essential.
