Job Description
Indus Motor is looking for a qualified and experienced Manager to join our Manufacturing Division. The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance systems, managing PLCs and instrumentation, overseeing spare parts management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean practices. Additionally, the role will focus on enhancing our Training Center.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial, Electronics, or Instrumentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication abilities, are essential for this position.
