Job Description
Indigo Heights Hotel is actively seeking a committed Office Coordinator to enhance our team. This full-time role operates on Eastern Standard Time and demands outstanding administrative skills to facilitate efficient office workflows while providing support to staff and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate documentation for students, staff, and activities.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing necessary reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- American accent is required.
