Job Description
Indigo Developers seeks a professional General Services Officer for the night shift to serve as the primary guest contact. Responsibilities include managing check-ins and check-outs, handling calls, messages and reservations, coordinating with departments to resolve guest concerns, and maintaining a secure, orderly front desk.
- Maintain accurate records, guest updates, and daily reports
- Assist with administrative and scheduling tasks
- Deliver courteous, efficient, and consistent hospitality service
Full-time, in person. Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month.
