Job Description
Indigo Developers is seeking a qualified Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales initiatives and nurture client relationships in the Karachi area. This pivotal role requires leading a team of sales executives and formulating effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Guide and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Generate comprehensive sales reports for management review.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 6-8 years of sales experience including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity, along with outstanding communication skills.
Location: Karachi (in-person). Salary: Rs180,00 – Rs200,00 per month.
