Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee daily operations in our production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while enhancing production efficiency. Key responsibilities include implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), coordinating with our quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams, and supervising and training production staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate production records and generating reports.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology, possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in FMCG production, and have a strong understanding of food safety standards. Excellent analytical and leadership skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, are essential for this role.
