Job Description
The Imtiaz Group (SMC Private) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Meat & Poultry Section Officer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the handling, cutting, and presentation of meat and poultry products in accordance with company standards. Key duties include ensuring accurate product labeling, maintaining inventory levels, and following stringent food safety protocols.
Ideal candidates will possess an intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline, along with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in meat and poultry operations. A solid understanding of food safety standards and basic computer proficiency are required.
