Job Description

Impetus Systems is actively seeking a professional and committed Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree along with 0-1 year of relevant experience. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our visitors, providing a warm welcome and guiding them to the appropriate personnel.

Your key responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, ensuring a clean and organized reception area, providing basic information to visitors, sorting mail, and coordinating meetings. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment are essential.
