Job Description
Imam Clinic is actively seeking a committed Call Center Agent to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include professionally handling incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and providing essential information about our services. It is crucial to accurately record call details while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Requirements: Candidates must have at least an Intermediate level of education, along with 1–2 years of experience in a call center environment. Proficiency in both English and Urdu is necessary, as is basic computer knowledge. Applicants should also be open to working flexible shifts.
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Type: Full-time
