Job Description
Job Summary: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to oversee essential human resource functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a solid background in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Support the implementation of HR policies.
- Oversee attendance tracking and payroll processing.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a preference for candidates with 3 years of HR experience. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
