Position: Human Resources (HR) Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, hiring).
- Conducting new employee orientations and onboarding programs.
- Updating and designing company policies.
- Monitoring employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinating with payroll for salary processing and deductions.
- Maintaining employee files and confidential HR data.
- Handling disciplinary actions per company policies.
- Actively participating in business planning meetings and providing HR insights.
Salary: Up to RS. 60,00/month
Work Location: In person at Bahria Town, Lahore
Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)

- Able to Work Under Pressure
