Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Foster a positive work atmosphere through engagement programs and clear communication.
- Administer disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Contribute HR insights during business planning meetings.
- Maintain HR data and generate reports on key metrics.
Timings: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Salary: Up to RS. 60,00 per month
