Job Description
Idealancy, a leading online shopping store specializing in Household & Kitchen accessories across Pakistan, is looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls.
- Address inquiries regarding returned parcels.
- Coordinate with courier companies to improve delivery services.
- Prepare reports for management review.
- Contact customers to resolve address-related issues.
- Facilitate communication within the internal team.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.

Location: North Nazimabad Hyderi Near Dolmen Mall
Salary: PKR 25,00 – 35,00 (based on experience)
