The Youth Engagement Officer will work closely with the British Council team to ensure active participation from beneficiary households throughout all phases of the project. Responsibilities include recruiting youth participants, establishing Green Youth Movement clubs, facilitating conflict resolution, and assisting with project planning and reporting.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Climate/Environmental Sciences, or related fields, with 2-3 years of experience in youth engagement. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for working with youth and communities, possess a basic understanding of climate change, and be fluent in local languages, along with basic English communication skills.
