Job Description
Icon Global (Private) Limited is on the lookout for a driven and experienced Customer Service Executive to enhance our growing team. This position is essential for delivering outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat.
Your key responsibilities will include managing inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary, and ensuring accurate records of interactions. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, outstanding communication skills, and familiarity with CRM software.
Compensation: Rs70,00 – Rs100,00/month, in addition to benefits.
Working hours: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Monday to Friday) | Location: DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi.
