Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist in the Operations department is responsible for providing solutions to technical issues and guiding customers through the claim filing process. We’re looking for individuals skilled in international customer interactions with a strong work ethic and a good sense of humor!
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with claims, maintain high service levels, and troubleshoot product issues.
Requirements: A Levels or above, excellent English communication skills, IT background, proficiency in MS Office, and a neutral American accent.
