Job Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will serve as a vital liaison between our customers and the client. Your role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, processing new orders, and managing service delivery and billing queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up for timely resolution of requests.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication in Urdu and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
