Job Description
ibex is seeking a dedicated full-time International Customer Service Specialist to join our Karachi Division. In this on-site role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer support and fostering a positive experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Proficient customer service and support skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Capability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
Job Details: This is a 6-month contract position, offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs90,00.00 to Rs115,00.00. Availability for evening and night shifts is required.
