Job Description
Ibees Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative for our packaging project tailored for an international audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails.
- Generate sales inquiries and ensure proper follow-up.
- Assess customer needs and coordinate with the estimation team.
- Handle complaints while maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with design and shipping teams for customer satisfaction.
Location: MM Alam Road, Lahore
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month (excluding commissions).
