Job Description
Ibees Enterprises is on the lookout for a motivated and English-speaking individual to join our packaging industry project as a Night Shift Customer Support & Sales Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our international customers, focusing on driving sales and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through phone, email, and live chat.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales while addressing complaints effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support or sales.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Compensation: Rs60,00 – Rs70,00 per month
