Job Description
We seek an experienced finance leader to manage our offshore Finance & Accounting center in Lahore. The role oversees GL, AP, AR, financial reporting and payroll (GAAP/IFRS), acts as client liaison, handles escalations, and leads a team of 50+ FTE. The position drives automation, enforces governance, ensures data security, and optimizes shared-services delivery.
- Qualifications: CA/ACCA or equivalent and a Master’s degree
- Experience: 12+ years in F&A with 8+ years in Shared Services/BPO leadership
- Technical: Strong ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite); excellent English and stakeholder management skills
- Type: Full-time, in-person
