Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing is in search of a motivated and innovative Shop Merchandizer to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing shop visibility, with an expectation of achieving a 10% additional yield claim across 10 to 15 shops within each district.
Key Responsibilities: You will decorate shops using provided point-of-sale (POS) materials, conduct weekly visits to refresh product displays, and share updates and photos via social media platforms. Working hours are set from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a metric degree, relevant merchandising experience, excellent communication skills, and a bicycle for transportation. The monthly salary ranges from Rs48,00.00 to Rs52,00.00.
