Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Officer to join our team. This full-time, contract position involves addressing client inquiries via live chat, email, and telephone.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, native Urdu speaker with excellent English skills, and at least 2 years of customer support experience. Candidates aged 20-30 and located in Islamabad are preferred.
Salary ranges from Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month, with equipment provided.
