Compensation: Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Executive who will be responsible for achieving secondary sales targets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), coaching Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs), and implementing brand and channel strategies while maintaining market awareness. Key duties include managing daily meetings, optimizing time allocation, and reporting on competitor activities.
Qualifications: A BBA/MBA is required, along with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and coaching abilities.
