Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agriculture Center InCharge to lead our initiatives at HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited. The successful candidate will supervise and mentor staff, develop strategic plans, and design training programs for local farmers. Responsibilities include promoting sustainable farming practices, providing expert technical support, and engaging with the community to enhance agricultural knowledge.
Additionally, you will assess program effectiveness, manage the center’s budget, and ensure the efficient use of financial resources.
