Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support and event management.
- Engage proactively with site end users to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep the Service Desk team and Head Office IT informed of service issues and major incidents.
Qualifications:
- BCS with at least 3 years of relevant Technical Support experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are a plus.
- Experience in hardware/software installation and troubleshooting is desirable.
