Job Description

Location: Rawalpindi & Islamabad

Position Overview:

Join our team at HRPSP as a Technical Support Associate, where you will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

– Diagnose and resolve telecom service problems.

– Provide customer assistance through phone, email, and chat.

– Document all interactions accurately.

Qualifications:

– A 3-year diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or IT.

– Open to fresh graduates and experienced individuals.

– Male candidates aged 32 to 35 preferred.

– Must possess a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license.

Salary: PKR 32,00 per month
