Job Description
HRI Private Limited is seeking a proficient ICT Technician with 3-4 years of experience in help desk and technical support roles. The ideal candidate will have exceptional troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network issues, and will be well-versed in both Windows and Linux platforms.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering technical assistance to end-users, identifying and resolving technical challenges, and managing user accounts and security configurations. We highly encourage applicants with strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to apply.
Preferred qualifications include relevant IT certifications and experience with cloud platforms and automation scripting.
