Job Description
At Hr Plug-In Consultancy, we are looking for a confident and results-driven IT Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline and have 2 to 4 years of experience in IT sales.
Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with warm leads generated from telesales campaigns, presenting our software solutions such as ERP, CRM, or other business applications, and successfully closing deals. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build trusting relationships with corporate clients, are vital for this role.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs130,00.00 per month, requiring in-person attendance.
