Job Description
HR Force International is on the lookout for a driven Sales Cold Caller to join our outbound sales team. The primary responsibilities for this role include making 100-150 cold calls daily and aiming for a response rate of 10%-15%. Candidates are expected to uphold high standards when it comes to lead quality and ensure meticulous updates in our CRM, specifically HubSpot.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in sales development, alongside excellent communication skills and proficiency in various sales tools. A passion for sales, coupled with strong time management abilities, is essential. Familiarity with compliance or SaaS is considered advantageous.
