Job Description
Location: Medical Center, Faisal Town, Lahore
Hope Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking dedicated, professional, and motivated female candidates to join our team as Customer Service Representatives and Phone Operators. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about communication and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming phone calls while addressing inquiries.
- Respond to inquiries received through social media platforms.
- Provide compassionate support to patients.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve daily inquiries.
- Coordinate with courier companies to ensure timely deliveries.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
- Preferred 1–2 years of relevant experience.
