Job Description
HOOP is looking for a dedicated Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Rawalpindi team. This full-time position requires working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, five days a week.
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to US customers, addressing their inquiries, verifying eligibility criteria, and providing comprehensive product and service support. We are in search of candidates who demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset in their approach to customer service.
The monthly compensation ranges from Rs45,00.00 to Rs120,00.00, along with one paid leave after the completion of the probation period.
