Job Description
Hiring Solutions is looking for a committed Senior HR Operational Manager to lead our payroll processing and manage employee records. The ideal candidate should possess over 7 years of specialized experience in HR Operations, particularly in payroll management, documentation, and exit procedures.
Key responsibilities involve ensuring accurate payroll processing, managing personal employee files, and directing the exit management process, which includes documentation and settlements.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, extensive knowledge of HRMS systems and labor regulations, alongside strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
