Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee online medicine orders and ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate with pharmacies to fulfill customer requests effectively.
- Address customer inquiries through phone, chat, or WhatsApp promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all orders.
- Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure efficient service.
- Verify that all prescriptions are valid and up to date.
- Assist the pharmacy team with daily operational tasks.
Location: Gulberg, Lahore | Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00/month | Working Hours: Rotational (Male candidates preferred)
