Job Description
HCM International is in search of a dedicated and qualified Customer Service Officer. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and exhibit excellent communication skills.

- Address customer inquiries efficiently, adhering to management-set response times.
- Ensure high response quality, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Expand product knowledge and comply with call quality guidelines.
