Job Description
Hard Stone Enterprises seeks a full-time, in-person Patient Support Representative to manage patient inquiries, complaints, order processing, modifications, and escalations via phone, email, and chat. The role follows U.S. hours (7:00 PM–4:00 AM, night shift) at our new office: Royal Plaza, near the LDA Avenue signal, Raiwind Road, Lahore.
- Requirements: excellent fluency in English (spoken and written) and availability for night shift.
- Compensation: Rs75,00–Rs90,00 per month; eligible for up to a 30% salary increase after probation based on performance.
