Job Description
Hard Stone Enterprises is actively seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives who are US citizens. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, handling modifications, and escalating complaints through multiple channels.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comprehensive paid training provided.
- Available to work the Night Shift (6 PM to 3 AM US Time).
- Opportunities for up to a 30% salary increase after the probation period, based on performance.
