Job Description
H-Verse seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to handle high-volume inbound calls, generate sales leads, assess customer needs, and foster trust through clear, professional communication. The successful candidate will provide accurate information using company tools, achieve individual and team sales targets and call-handling quotas, resolve complaints with timely solutions and follow-up, and maintain organized customer records.
- Responsibilities: process accounts, file documents, adhere to communication procedures and company policies, and proactively engage customers.
- Requirements: Master’s degree preferred; in-person position.
- Compensation: Rs60,00–Rs70,00 per month.
