Job Description
GT Solutions USA is seeking a Bilingual Admission Coordinator to oversee inquiries across 12 centers, respond to and follow up with parents, and guide families through the full admissions process. The coordinator will track each child’s admission status, handle or escalate complaints, and coordinate directly with center staff.
Primary duties include sending email and SMS notifications and reminders for missing documents, deadlines, and center tours, and generating reports on admission rates per center, capacity trends, waitlist lengths, and application patterns throughout the year.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; fluent in English and Spanish.
- Job Type: Full-time, in person. Pay: Rs55,00.00–Rs100,00.00 per month.
