Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Utility Maintenance Officer to ensure the safe, reliable operation of building utilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot system faults.
- Coordinate and oversee repairs with contractors; document work orders and maintenance activities.
- Respond to emergencies and support rapid restoration of services.
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols and applicable regulations.
Qualifications: vocational or technical certificate in electrical or mechanical fields, minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, valid safety certifications, and a reliable, team-oriented work ethic.
