Job Description
We seek a Product Specialist to act as the product expert supporting sales, customer success, and product teams. Responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations and training, collecting and analyzing customer feedback, defining requirements, supporting launch planning, and maintaining competitive intelligence.
- Required: 2+ years in product support, technical sales, or product management.
- Skills: excellent communication and presentation, strong analytical ability, and experience with CRM and product tools.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
