Job Description
The Grand Millennium Hotel is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee our daily hotel operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless coordination among various departments, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and operational departments.
- Effectively manage budgets and operational expenses.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
